Return & Refund Policy

We offer free returns and a 5-day return window, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.


Returns

You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase + Unboxing and Demo video (defect/damage) of product.

Once your return request is approved through the portal, you’ll receive a mail and step-by-step instructions for return procedure.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right quickly. Unboxing and Demo video (defect/damage) of product required.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Products under sale price Rs.999/-

Products eligible for return will have clearly mentioned on product page for same. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original through our self-serve portal and make a new purchase once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
